2. Which data is collected, what purpose they serve and how they are stored
a) Visit of the website
When you visit www.lisa-knape.de and www.lisaknape.de, your browser automatically sends information to the server of my pages. This data is temporarily stored in a log file. The following data is collected and automatically deleted:
- Anonymised IP address of your end device,
- Date and time,
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
- Which page you have requested,
- Access status/HTTP status code,
- Name and URL of the retrieved file,
- Website, from which access is made (Referer URL),
- the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider,
- Language and version of the browser software.
I or my server need this data to:
- Ensure the connection establishment of the websites,
- Guarantee of the use of my websites,
- Evaluation of system security and stability,
- as well as for other administrative purposes.
According to Art. 6 Para. 1 DSGVO/GDPR I have the right to use this data. I can't draw and conclusions about you personally.
b) Contact via my contact form
For all questions you can use my contact form. A valid email address is required. Otherweise, I would not be able to answer your question. In addition, I must store all data that is important for answering your enquiry. This could be your phone number, your name, your email address and calendar data for the purpose of scheduling an appointment. The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting me according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.
When using my contact form, my host temporarily stores your anonymised IP address to make it possible to send your email. Your IP address is not visible to me.
Unencrypted emails are always a risk and can lead to unwanted data loss.
3. Passing on of data to third parties
Normally, I do not pass on any data to third parties. However, it may be necessary if

With the following information I inform you about the contents of my newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights of objection. By subscribing to my newsletter, you agree to the receipt and the described procedures.
Content of the newsletter: I send newsletters, emails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter "newsletter") only with the consent of the recipient or a legal permission. Insofar as the contents of the newsletter are specifically described within the framework of registration, they are decisive for the consent of the user. In addition, our newsletters contain information about my services and me.
Double-Opt-In and logging: The registration to my newsletter takes place in a so-called Double-Opt-In procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary, so that nobody can announce himself with foreign email addresses. The registrations to the newsletter are logged, in order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements. Registration data: If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, I need an e-mail address from you and information that allows me to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.
The dispatch of the newsletter and the performance measurement associated with it are based on the consent of the recipients according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 DSGVO in conjunction with § 7 Para. 2 No. 3 UWG or, if consent is not required, on my legitimate interests in direct marketing according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lt. f. DSGVO in connection with § 7 Abs. 3 UWG.
The registration procedure is recorded on the basis of my legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. My interest is directed towards the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system which serves my business interests as well as the expectations of the users and furthermore allows me to prove my consent.
Cancellation/revocation - You can cancel the receipt of my newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter. I can store the unsubscribed e-mail addresses for up to three years on the basis of my legitimate interests before deleting them in order to be able to prove a previously given consent. The processing of these data is limited to the purpose of a possible defense against claims. An individual request for deletion is possible at any time, provided that the former existence of a consent is confirmed at the same time.
Mailchimp is used as newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Mailchimp. Mailchimp is prohibited from selling your data and from using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. Mailchimp is an American, under the Privacy Shield certified provider, which was selected according to the requirements of the data protection basic regulation and the Federal Law for Data Protection.
For this reason, we ask you to inform yourself about our data protection measures at regular intervals by inspecting our data protection declaration.
7. Rights of the persons concerned
You have the right
- in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO/GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by me;
- in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO/GDPR to demand without delay the correction or completion of personal data stored by me;
- in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO/GDPR the deletion of your personal data stored with me, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation or to defend legal claims;
- in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO/GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you doubt the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and I no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection against the processing according to Art. 21 DSGVO/GDPR;
- in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO/GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another person responsible;
- in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO/GDPR to revoke your consent to me at any time. As a consequence, I am not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;
- in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO/GDPR to complain to a supervisory authority.
8. Right of objection
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 DSGVO/GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO/GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
